Diagnosis and treatment of children with atopic disorders in general practice

We will conduct two systematic reviews in order to determine the relation between allergic rhinitis, atopic eczema and asthma. We will focus on articles performed in general practice and in the open population. We will study incidence, trends, patient characteristics and risk factors of these atopic disorders by using the LINH database. This database will also be used to clarify common practice in Dutch general practice. Furthermore, patient's behavior will be assessed using questionnaires.
